Jamestown woman pleads guilty in drug, weapons case

Alisha Klinger, 45, of Jamestown, has pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 17 years in prison and a maximum of life. Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. A Mayville man has been jailed on $75,000 bail after being charged with identity theft involving a Warren County resident. Jason L. Pattison, 44, of Mayville, was charged Dec. 11 with third-degree felony accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use and misdemeanor identity theft. Pattison was preliminarily arraigned Dec. 1 by Magisterial District Court Judge Todd Woodin, who set bail at $75,000. The incident took place around 12:30 p.m. Saturday with a scanner call that indicated two males in the lobby with a stabbing victim. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — Jaxon V. McCloskey, 18, of the town of Portland, was charged Dec. 7 with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and DWI per se. According to officials, at about 4:16 a.m. deputies responded to Pullman Road in the Village of Brocton for a report of a motor vehicle accident.
