CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — Jaralyn E. Majak, 36, of Silver Creek was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal contempt, petit larceny, and second-degree harassment. According to officials, at about 3:36 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of a disorderly person at an address in the town of Hanover. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Kayla E. Seagrave, 26, of Panama, was charged Oct. 28 with speeding, driving while intoxicated, and DWI per se. According to officials, at about 7:10 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Charlotte Center Road in the town of Charlotte. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — At around 1:34 a.m. Sunday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on E. Main St. in Fredonia. The operator was identified as Jorge E. Rosario Alvarez, 45, of Fredonia. An investigation found Rosario Alvarez to be driving while intoxicated.
