JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Tyler J. Stakelum, 37, of Jamestown, was charged Sept. 30 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree menacing, and second-degree harassment. According to police, at about 10:29 a.m., officers responded to a Southside address for a domestic incident.
