JAMESTOWN POLICE - Justina L. Rivera, 42, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 11:38 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a south side address for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers learned Rivera allegedly pushed a person into a wall causing physical injury. Bauernfeind, 47, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side address for a domestic dispute. BOLIVAR — Two state troopers were stabbed after a stop at a convenience store around 3:25 p.m. Saturday. State Police at Amity located a stolen vehicle in the village and performed a vehicle and traffic stop in the parking lot of Crosby’s Gas Station. During the arrest of a female suspect, she violently resisted and stabbed one Trooper just above the eye and another in the head.
