The Chautauqua Center Family Medical Practice has opened an office at 319 Central Ave. in Dunkirk to serve the area. TCC offers a variety of primary care services to patients in the community. It provides quality health care services to individuals of all ages. In addition, TCC assists with a comprehensive range of resources for individuals and families through its case management and outreach services.

TCC staff include Dr. Tat-Sum Lee (medical di-rector), Dr. Neal Rzep-kowski (MD), Kattie J. Vincent (MPAS PA-C), Shelley Steeprock (FNP), Kim Ellis (RN) and Rochelle Slaven (LPN).

TCC cordially invites you to its Open House on May 16 from 2 to 4 p.m. TCC will provide appetizers and refreshments to its guests. A brief tour of the new facility will be provided.
