Phillips Lytle LLP attorneys to present at manufacturing summit
MAYVILLE – Sharon L. Wick and Richard J. Marinaccio, attorneys with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, will present on succession planning at the Chautauqua County Manufacturing Summit on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Wick and Marinaccio will present a program titled “Succession Planning – Where Do You See Yourself, or Your Business, in the Future?” The presentation will provide information about creative ways to grow or sell businesses.
The day-long event will be held at the Chautauqua Suites Hotel & Expo Center, located at 215 West Lake Road, in Mayville, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event’s keynote speaker will be internationally recognized analyst, John Zogby, founder of the “Zogby Poll.”
The goal of the summit is to provide local manufacturers with potential synergies and cost savings, while giving attendees an opportunity to collaborate with their peers regarding capabilities, capacities, procurement and administrative needs. The first-of-its-kind event is presented by the Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency.

Wick, Family Wealth Planning Practice Group Leader at Phillips Lytle, concentrates her practice in the areas of trust and estate administration, estate planning, estate and gift taxation and elder law. Marinaccio focuses his practice on international and domestic business transactions, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, licensing and technology transactions, and privacy matters. He is a member of the Canadian Cross Border Team.
Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Marinaccio was a Director and Assistant General Counsel for one of the nation’s largest administrators of self-funded benefit plans.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as publications editor of the Buffalo Law Review. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from State University of New York at Buffalo, where he earned Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha academic honors.
