A Southwestern New York based accounting firm, with offices in Olean, Jamestown and Orchard Park, recently added three new employees to its staff.

Buffamante Whipple Buttafaro, P.C. announced that it recently hired the following employees:

Emma R. Timblin, of Kill Buck, joined the firm in its Olean office location. She is a 2013 graduate of Jamestown Business College where she earned an associate’s degree in applied science. She is a graduate of Salamanca High School.

Timblin joined the General Business Services division of the firm, where she will be responsible for clients’ monthly bookkeeping, assisting with tax returns and accounting tasks such as analyzing, summarizing and adjusting in preparation for compilations or audits along with general tax assignments.

Dominic M. Matacale, of Olean, also joined the firm in its Olean office location, as a staff accountant. He is a 2014 graduate of St. Bonaventure University where he earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. He is a graduate of Hornell Senior High School.

Jessica N. Lamar, of Orchard Park, joined the firm as a staff accountant in its Orchard Park office location. She is a 2014 graduate of Niagara University where she earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration with a concentration in accounting. She is a graduate of Lewiston Porter Senior High School in Youngstown.

As staff accountants, Matacale and Lamar will be involved in preparing financial statements related to compilations, reviews and audits. In addition, they will be responsible for preparing tax returns for a variety of individual and business clients.
