Incubator to host Crowdfunding workshop

The Fredonia Technology Incubator is hosting a Crowdfunding workshop as part of its ongoing Entrepreneurial Education Program. The workshop, conducted by SCORE, is scheduled from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The workshop will cover the fundamentals of crowdfunding, understanding options and success factors. This event is free and open to the public. The Incubator is located at 214 Central Ave. Dunkirk. Registration is available on the Incubator website and Facebook page.

This workshop will help entrepreneurs with the best funding options. Upon completion, they will know the differences between Non-Profit Lenders, Crowdfunding, Invoice Financing, Online Lending and Loan Matching Sites — and which one is best for them specifically. It will also show examples of how a successful local crowdfunding raised money.
