SALAMANCA — ERA Team VP Real Estate and Vacation Properties held its annual Year in Review Awards Ceremony on Feb. 7 at the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino.

Agents from all 10 different ERA Team VP locations were recognized in the 2018 Year in Review Awards Ceremony. Top agents from each office were awarded for #1 rankings in new listings, closed transactions, and sales volume according to their respective offices. Branching from that, Top Ten agents from across the entire ERA Team VP company earned awards based off of these overall achievements. Furthermore, individual agents were awarded based on their million-dollar sales volume, ranging from $1 million to $10 plus million.

The newest ERA Team VP office in Warren (acquired in April 2018) received the 2018 Office Momentum Award for a 204.3 percent sales volume increase from its 2017 sales volume. Within this office, Joe Whipp was awarded with ERA Team VP’s 2018 Agent Momentum Award acknowledging his 123 percent sales growth from the previous year.
