Submitted Photo CBPM Owner Andy Woloszyn shakes hands with Forrest Phillips, X-Cel Services owner, as they finalize the deal between the two companies.

In an effort to further diversify the company’s portfolio, Chadwick Bay Property Management (CBPM) Owner Andy Woloszyn would like to announce the purchase of the X-Cel Services janitorial accounts.

This purchase, in addition to the recent purchases of a Pro 2 Facility Solutions Franchise and Thompson Cleaning, now gives CBPM a strong footprint of daily, weekly and monthly commercial and industrial janitorial accounts in the south county as well.

It also increases the CBPM team workforce to six full-time and 22 part-time employees, covering 52 locations across the entire county, seven days a week.

In addition, CBPM still owns and operates 26 investment properties and manages 69 units of housing for other investors. Forrest Phillips, owner of X-Cel Services, has retained, and will continue to provide high quality window cleaning services to their existing accounts and anyone new that may be looking.
