LERGP Winter Growers’ Conference rescheduled

Out of an abundance of caution and at the direction of Cornell, Penn State, and SUNY Fredonia Universities the Lake Erie Regional Grape Program has rescheduled their 2020 Winter Growers’ Conference. This conference was to have been held today, March 19, at the Williams Center on the SUNY Fredonia campus. Registrants, speakers and vendors have been notified of the change. Currently the plan will be to have the conference rescheduled to this summer, Aug. 12-13 as a two day conference. The plan will be to hold one day at the Williams Center and one day at the Cornell Lake Erie Research and Extension Laboratory in Portland.

The LERGP offers sincere apologies for any inconvenience this poses. They along with Cornell University feel it is important to take these proactive steps to minimize future community spread of COVID-19. Just as a reminder, this is a very dynamic situation and Cornell and Penn State Universities would encourage you to keep all lines of communication open, continue to check your mail, email, and other sources of communication so that you can be sure to have the most up to date information regarding meetings and other educational events.
