COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Child Advocacy Program of Chautauqua County is receiving a $1,000 grant from Centra Credit Union.

The Child Advocacy Program was nominated by Centra Team Members who feel passionate about the work this group does in our community.

“Thank you to CENTRA Credit Union located inside Cummins Engine Plant for your generous donation to CAP!” CAP officials shared in a Facebook post.

The Team Member-driven grant program awarded 27 grants in total this year, amounting to $52,000 in support to the communities Centra serves. A complete list of organizations receiving grants can be found at https://www.centra.org/community-action/.

“Our team members love being able to support the causes they care about through this program. Non-profit organizations rely on this kind of support to be able to continue serving our communities, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Jenni Carr, Centra community involvement officer.

The Centra Credit Union has a branch in Jamestown.
