In September 2020, the Chautauqua Opportunities Inc. Board of Directors accepted the resignation of longtime board member Anthony Raffa.

Raffa was dedicated to the organization, having been appointed to the board in 1975 during his tenure as a Chautauqua County legislator. A well-known businessman in the Jamestown area, Raffa founded the Jamestown Rubber Stamp Company in 1956 that is still in operation.

Chautauqua Opportunities Inc. is a non-profit Community Action Agency with a mission to alleviate poverty in Chautauqua County. The agency provides a wide range of services in the areas of housing and community development, early care and education, health and family services, the Child Care Council and economic development.
