Cherry Creek welcomes Big Eddie’s Pizza and Subs Shop
CHERRY CREEK — Big Eddie’s Pizza and Subs Shop recently opened its doors in Cherry Creek.
The July 12 opening was well-received, and ended up being a very busy day, proprietor Ed Foster said.
“Our customers were very complimentary on everything from the size of our menu, to the size and quality of our subs, to how pleased they are that there’s a pizza and sub shop in Cherry Creek again,” Foster said.
At present, Big Eddie’s is open for business at 11 a.m., seven days per week, and is located on the site of the former Cherry Creek Sub Shop on Main Street.
The current menu consists of pizzas — cheese, pepperoni and sausage, specialty pizzas — supreme, meat, veggie and both, barbecued chicken and Buffalo chicken; wings: plain, medium, hot, barbecue, honey mustard, butter garlic and garlic Parmigiano; boneless chicken wings; and chicken tenders.
Pizza will also be sold by the slice, with the pizza warmer set to arrive soon.
Hot subs include: pizza, meatball, chicken tender, grilled chicken, chicken parm, steak, taco, Italian sausage and loose meat. Cold subs include: cheese, ham, turkey, roast beef, tuna, Italian, Capicola and assorted.
“Our subs are packed full, and the meat is sliced thick,” Foster added.
The menu also includes sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, wraps, appetizers and side dishes, with Pepsi products available as beverages.
Already looking forward to football season, many plans are in the works for pizza/wing specials, as well as sub specials to make the season even more enjoyable.
Big Eddie’s is a family-run business, with wife DeAnna, son Corey, and daughters Chasitiy and Rebecca doing their best to make a visit to Cherry Creek’s newest business a pleasant and memorable one for their customers.
