MAYVILLE — Officials of Allegheny Health Network, AHN Westfield Memorial Hospital and AHN Saint Vincent Hospital gathered recently to cut the ribbon on the AHN Floating Stage in Mayville.
AHN purchased naming rights sponsorship of the Chautauqua Lake Pops floating stage for a three-year period.
The stage, originally located in Bemus Point, was developed by Bemus Point businessman, Dan Dalpra, who created the Bemus Point pops program 20 years ago. Dalpra relocated the stage on the lake’s north end and gateway to Chautauqua Lake at 16 Water St., Mayville.
Dalpra reintroduced the Chautauqua Lake Pops Concert Series in 2019. The series features performances by the 44-member Chautauqua Lake Pops Symphony, formerly the Bemus Bay Pops, followed by headlining tribute bands and other musical performances.
