Rey earned his associate’s degree in communications and media arts at Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, N.Y. and his bachelor’s degree in secondary social studies education at Buffalo State College in Buffalo, N.Y. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership Administration and Organizational Leadership Administration from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Fla. Rey lives in Lakewood.

“I am honored to accept this appointment,” said Rey. “I look forward to using my skills in safety and training coordination to help further Chautauqua County’s mission of keeping its employees and customers safe.”
