An official ribbon cutting was Nov. 18 for the grand opening for this new small business launch within the local Dunkirk community. Testimony Ink offers distinctive piercings, as well as vibrant designed tattoos, giving the public an artistic outlet. Rodolfo Lara has migrated his creative work from New York City to Dunkirk. The new shop, located at Zebra and Lake Shore Drive East, is clean, adheres to the strict county health standards, and is bustling with activity of upbeat, creative individuals.
