Tops to hold ribbon-cutting for Vineyard Dr. grand re-opening

Tops Friendly Markets is proud to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of its 3955 Vineyard Drive, Dunkirk. This store, centrally located in the heart of town, serves a cross population of the community, from beach goers to the students at both SUNY Fredonia and Jamestown Community College. This renovation marks the 23rd location recently updated with a new look and a renewed focus on fresh departments.

Tops will cut the ribbon on this multi-million-dollar renovation project at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 13. This 65,000 sq. ft. store will offer new, enhanced services, an expanded assortment of products, and an enlarged fresh perimeter with new updated decor. This store has been refreshed from top to bottom for a new and contemporary experience which includes new exterior paint with decorative awnings, landscaping, energy efficient equipment and LED lighting both inside and out, solar powered efficiencies, new flooring, expanded state-of-the-art self-check outs, renovated restrooms, and new interior decor.

Store Manager, Scott Obert, said he and his team are working hard every day to make life easier for their shoppers by focusing on affordable, easy-to-prepare meal options. “When it comes to freshness, convenience and variety, you’ll find everything here at your newly remodeled Dunkirk store and with all of the inspiring products including a wider selection of domestic and imported cheeses, custom cut meats by real butchers, our burger bar, an increased assortment of freshly baked breads and pastries, guests are sure to enjoy all we have to offer.”

He invites the community to visit during the Grand Re-Opening celebration and even have the chance to win some great prizes..
