Burgstrom is pleased to announce that Michael Heald has recently completed the coursework and passed the New York State Associate Broker exam.
Heald brings an extensive, hands-on experience across a wide variety of areas of the real estate industry. He has worked with Premier Realty and Investments for the past six years, where he has consistently been a top producer in Chautauqua County. His background includes site planning and excavation, the sale of manufactured and modular homes, home renovations, management of real estate investment portfolios, apartment leasing, and project management.
A lifelong resident of Dunkirk and Fredonia, he is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia. He and his wife currently reside in Dunkirk and are the parents of five daughters. Heald is the owner of Main Street Management and Development, a full-service property management company that currently manages a portfolio of more than 300 residential and commercial units throughout the Western New York area. Albert Vandette has been associated with Premier Realty for more than fifteen years. He recently retired as a Spanish teacher from Silver Creek High School. He is now allocating more of his time to real estate. Vandette is taking on a new role as Operations Manager for Premier Real Estate and Investments. In this capacity, he will continue his excellence in listing and selling residential and commercial property but will now provide coaching help to his fellow agents to strengthen their real estate business and navigate upcoming industry changes. His advanced experience and professionalism will allow agents and clients to see success from his guidance.
A native of Sheridan and a lifelong resident of Northern Chautauqua County, he has deep roots in the community and a genuine commitment to serving the people who call the area home.
After a rewarding 33-year career in education, he retired from teaching with a deep appreciation for helping students learn, grow, and succeed. Since 2002, he has also built a successful career in real estate, where he combines local expertise with a passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
His background as an educator has shaped his approach to real estate, emphasizing honesty, patience, clear communication, and attention to detail. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, retirees, or investors, he is dedicated to providing knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service throughout every step of the real estate process.

Wade A. Weatherlow also has joined its staff as a New York State Licensed Associate Broker. He has an extensive background in residential and commercial business. His background in public service, his work experience at DFT Communication and his experiences in multiple family rentals give him the insight to assist buyers and sellers. Weatherlow completed a career in law enforcement as a police officer and sergeant for the Chautauqua Institution Police Department, as a police officer and sergeant for the Village of Fredonia Police Department, and as chief of police for the City of Dunkirk Police Department. He is currently employed by DFT Communications as Industry Affairs – Carrier Relations Manager; previously working as their Director of Commercial Operations and Director of New Product Development.
A native of Fredonia, Weatherlow received his Associate in Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Jamestown Community College in 1979, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Management, (summa cum laude) from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2010. While at Fredonia State he was honored with the Dr. Franklin B. Krohn Memorial Scholarship Award. He also received his Master of Science in Organizational Leadership - Strategy and Innovation at Mercyhurst University in 2017.
He currently serves as president of the Jamestown Community College Foundation Board. He served as village trustee for Village of Fredonia 2001-2003, and president for the Chautauqua Leadership Network in 2011.
