Raimondo & Sundquist announce local attorney joins team

3 min read

JAMESTOWN -- As Raimondo & Sundquist continues to grow across Western New York with its recently opened Buffalo office, the firm is reinforcing its commitment to Chautauqua County by welcoming longtime Jamestown attorney Peter Larson as an associate attorney.

Larson brings more than 11 years of legal experience to the firm and will primarily serve clients from the firm’s Jamestown office. His addition reflects Raimondo & Sundquist’s continued growth and its commitment to providing accessible, high-quality legal representation to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region.

The addition comes as the firm has grown in both clients and cases while broadening its presence across Western New York. The opening of its Buffalo office in September of 2025 has increased the firm’s regional reach, while the addition of Larson strengthens its ability to continue delivering the personalized service and local relationships that have defined Raimondo & Sundquist in Chautauqua County for over a decade.

A lifelong Jamestown resident, Larson has built his legal career serving the Western New York community in both public service and private practice. He focuses on estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate matters, elder law, guardianships, adoptions, corporate law, and criminal defense. Before joining Raimondo & Sundquist, he served as Acting Social Services Attorney with the Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene and Social Services, Assistant Chautauqua County Public Defender, and Corporation Counsel for the City of Jamestown.

Larson earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from SUNY Fredonia. Admitted to practice in New York since 2015 and in federal court since 2019, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Jamestown Bar Association. Outside of the office, Mr. Larson is active in the community through the Lucille Ball Little Theatre of Jamestown, the Chautauqua Chamber Singers, and First Lutheran Church of Jamestown.

“Peter has earned an outstanding reputation throughout our legal community for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to serving others,” said Eddie Sundquist, partner at Raimondo & Sundquist. “Having watched his work over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the respect he has earned from judges, attorneys, and clients alike. He is a thoughtful advocate who genuinely cares about the people he represents, and we’re excited to welcome him to our team.”

“Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to serve the people of Jamestown and Chautauqua County, and I’m excited to continue doing that with Raimondo & Sundquist,” Larson said. “The firm’s reputation for providing responsive, compassionate legal counsel with a focus on practical problem-solving and building lasting relationships with clients is what attracted me. I’m looking forward to helping my neighbors and contributing to a team that’s committed to the long-term success of this community.”
