Lake Shore Savings Bank sees increase in income

Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank, reported unaudited net income of $1.8 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, for the 2022 third quarter compared to net income of $1.7 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, for the 2021 third quarter. Universal announces labor pact with Dunkirk

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. announced Tuesday that it has reached a new three-year collective bargaining agreement with the hourly employees at its Dunkirk facility represented by Local 2693-01 of the United Steelworkers. As the trees increasingly shed their leaves, we realize what a beautiful autumn we have enjoyed, despite a short-lived snowfall in mid-October.
