A former Dunkin’ Donuts Restaurant building in Irving may soon be seeing new life. The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and looked at the sales from Feb. 1-11. During that time period, it shows that DD Hanover LLC of East Amherst sold 604 Routes 5 and 20, Hanover to Financial Trust Federal Credit Union of Orchard Park for $485,000.
