Grape Belt Seniors cancels trip
The Grape Belt Seniors have cancelled its trip to see “Memories,” a tribute to Barbara Streisand that was to be held Friday.
Tickets on sale for St. John’s take out ham dinner
St. John’s United Church of Christ, 733 Central Ave., Dunkirk, will hold a take-out ham dinner, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. The dinner is pre-sale and take-out only. Tickets are $11. Send checks to the church for the number of tickets desired, payable to St. John’s UCC, by Sept. 10. Tickets will be mailed to purchasers immediately. Pick-up of dinners will be in the Eagle Street parking lot.
