Chiavetta’s chicken dinner fundraiser

The E2CCB Carrier Educational Center, 8685 Erie Road, Angola, will host a Chiavetta’s chicken dinner fundraiser on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 3-7 p.m. Dinners are $12 (cash or check) and include Chiavetta’s chicken, freshly baked rolls, salt potatoes, coleslaw and a cookie (produce sourced from locally-owned Kwilos Farms). Proceeds will benefit students involved in the ProStart and SkillsUSA programs.

Cherry Creek VFW holding chicken barbecue

‘The Cherry Creek VFW will be holding a Chiavetta’s BBQ on Saturday, Oct. 24, starting at noon. Dinners are $11 each and can be preordered by calling 988-3015. The post is located at 7165 Route 83.
