Club to host indoor

yard sale

On Saturday, the Slovenian Club of Gowanda will hold an indoor yard sale with basket raffle from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Slovenian Club, 36 Palmer St., Gowanda. Mayville DPW to hold open house

MAYVILLE — The Mayville Department of Public Works will hold an open house on Friday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be tours, demonstrations, information, equipment on display and more.

Bunny Bash takes place Saturday

This Saturday, from 1:30 to 3:30 the Next Chapter Bookstore will be hosting a Bunny Bash at 12 Park Place, Fredonia.

The Easter bunny will be in attendance, delivering surprise gifts for children (of all ages) and local author and illustrator, Dr. Karla-La, will be signing copies of her latest book, Water Rabbit, which will be available for purchase at a reduced price.

Egg hunt Sunday at SUNY

The Fredonia State Student Athlete Advisory Committee will be playing host to an Easter Egg Hunt for the local community on Sunday. The hunt runs from noon to 2 p.m. In addition to the hunt, the committee will provides games and prizes. Enter at the Natatorium (pool) entrance. This event is free.
