Alzheimer’s talk planned at library
SINCLAIRVILLE — The public is invited to the Sinclairville Free Library for “Tips for Tough Conversations,” an education program presented by the Alzheimer’s Association.
This program will be presented on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. When someone shows signs of dementia, it’s time to talk. Often, conversations with family about changing behaviors can be challenging and uncomfortable.
Tips on how to have honest and caring conversations will address some of the most common issues, including going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans. Care consultations are available. Please call 716-626-0600 ext. 313 to reserve your spot or visit https://bit.ly/TipsSV. This program is supported in part by a grant from the NYS Department of Health. The library is located at 15 Main Street in Sinclairville. The library will be closed on Good Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8.
