Sons of the Legion meeting Tuesday

BROCTON – The Sons of the Legion, Squad 434 Brocton, monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 9. The meeting is held at the Brocton Legion starting at 7 p.m.. All members are encouraged to attend.

Beekeepers Association to meet

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua’s Master Gardener Program would like to share the announcement that the Chautauqua County Beekeepers Association will host their next monthly meeting on Thursday, April 11 at 7 p.m. at the Fluvanna Community Church, 3363 Fluvanna Avenue Jamestown.

April’s topic will focus on how to install a new honeybee “package” and the pros, cons, and differences of purchasing “packages” vs. “nucleus colonies”. Meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. You do not need to be a beekeeper to join, and all are welcome.

Roblin Steel Coffee Club to meet

The Roblin Steel Coffee club will be gathering at Demetris Restaurant in Dunkirk at 9 a.m. on Friday April 12. All former employees/family/friends are always invited to attend.
