The theme for September is Invitation. On Sunday, the annual Ingathering and Water Ceremony will take place with speaker Rev. Ron Skowronski. The group will mingle the waters collected from the summer hiatus from regular Sunday worship services and bless the stones that we use during Joys and Concerns.
Following the worship service, the group will celebrate July, August, and September birthdays. and enjoy a potluck lunch. If you are able, bring a dish to share. If you bring food, please list the ingredients for anyone with dietary concerns. Please bring a small vessel of water for the water ceremony.
Sunday is also Share the Plate Sunday to benefit the Chautauqua Blind Association. All non-pledge money collected through the month of September will be donated to this organization.
