Dunkirk collecting Christmas trees
Dunkirk residents wishing to dispose of Christmas trees may place them at the curb at this time.
Please contact the City of Dunkirk Streets Department at 716-366-4411 or Department of Public Works at 716-366-9832 with the address and it will be collected as personnel is available.

The Dunkirk Public Library, 536 Central Ave., has announced computer classes for the month, including: Ancestry Library Edition on Jan. 13 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.; Cleaning Up Your Email on Jan. 14 from 11 a.m. to noon; Learning Your New Devices on Jan. 15 from 11 a.m. to noon; New Phone Features on Jan. 22 from 11 a.m. to noon; Cleaning up Your Digital Accounts on Jan. 27 from 11 a.m. to noon; Tricks for Keeping Passwords Secure on Jan. 28 from 11 a.m. to noon; Ancestry Library Edition on Jan. 29 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Registration is required for all classes. Auxiliary plans Tuesday meeting
CASSADAGA — The Cassadaga Legion Auxiliary will hold their meeting Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the back hall. All Unit members are encouraged to attend.
Ripley school board gathers Wednesday
RIPLEY — A regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Ripley Central School District will be on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Superintendent’s Office (Room 119) of the Ripley Central School for the purpose of any and all items that come before the board.
