Dance classes held Mondays
Now that the holiday season is over it is time to think of spring and summer activities that include the dances, weddings and family get-togethers. If your list of New Year’s resolutions include getting back into shape, spending some quality time with folks and discovering or even re-discovering an interesting activity in preparation for the upcoming events, dancing may be the way to go. While social dancing is a popular activity the more formal style of dancing offers an interesting challenge which when mastered will provide a life long interest and source of enjoyment.
Classes are in the traditional waltz, fox trot, tango and swing. Rhumba, mambo and cha-cha are being offered again at the Collage Performing Arts Center on Eagle Street in Fredonia on Monday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. For details call (716) 672-8544.
