CVCS board meets Wednesday

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Education of the Cassadaga Valley Central School will be on Wednesday, March 18 in the Middle High School Multi-Purpose Room and via Zoom. A budget workshop will begin at 5 p.m., and the regular meeting will convene immediately following the workshop.

Sip & Celebrate set for Forestville

FORESTVILLE — Join the CHQ Chamber at Merritt Estate Winery for the Hanover Sip & Celebrate, Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Merritt Estate Winery in Forestville. Enjoy complimentary snacks along with a cash bar. Bring business cards for networking and for the door prize drawing.

Egg hunt sign-up deadline Sunday

The First Ward Falcon Club will hold its annual kids Easter egg hunt and party on Sunday, March 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Members may sign their children or grandchildren up at the clubrooms. The deadline for signing up is Sunday.

Quilting group gathers Wednesday

Northern Chautauqua Quilting Companions (NCQC) meeting is Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Harvest Chapel, 38 Matteson St., Fredonia.

The guest speaker is Amber Laurie of Concord Quilting. Her presentation is on quilts made from panels.

The group welcomes any interested persons to attend the meeting.
