Authors plan Saturday library visit

SINCLAIRVILLE — Several local authors will visit the Sinclairville Free Library on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. to introduce their books. Please join AK Coulter (Windblown), Richard Knott, Jr. (The House of Secrets) and Paul Leone (One Hundred and Fifty-Four Sonnets: Fairy Queen) at the library to learn about their new releases.

Coulter is a native of the Washington, D.C., suburbs, and has lived her entire life among military veterans and government employees. Aside from being a bookworm and a research nerd, she enjoys sharing God’s grace in both spoken and written form. She has taught writing, tutored, and worked with various non-profit organizations in editing and formatting their written publications. She is a member of the ACFW, Word Girls, My Book Therapy, the Sinclairville Write Circle, and the Busti Writers Group. Her fiction has earned several awards, most notably, the Frasier Bronze and the ACFW Genesis awards.

At a young age, Knott developed a love for storytelling, receiving encouragement from high school teachers. Always sensible, his parents encouraged him to enter the education field, realizing there would always be a need for teachers. He began using storytelling as a method to be utilized in his teaching. Thirty-five years later and retired, he once again has entered the world of storytelling, having written eight novels, of which The House of Secrets is his first.

Leone is a writer, accomplished storyteller, and with this volume a published poet. He has performed publicly, including poetry recitation, in many venues throughout New York and Pennsylvania. A former roster artist in the regional Council on the Arts, he has performed and taught workshops in most of the region’s schools. Self-described Shakespeare Freak, he has from an early age visited and revisited the Bard’s work both live and on the printed page.

Copies will be available for purchase and signing by the authors.

Starting at $3.50/week.
