Dancing has always been an important part of our lives throughout the good times and the more challenging ones. It is an activity that encourages attention to detail, good memory skills, physical dexterity, an awareness of the music and above all patience and a sense of humor. And it provides an opportunity to meet new folks and engage in an enjoyable social activity.
Becoming proficient in Social Dancing in the style of American Ballroom is an interesting and worthy challenge which when mastered will provide a lifelong interest and source of considerable enjoyment.
