Dunkirk police and fire were called out to a minor accident at Lanphere Street and West Doughty Street around 10 a.m. Thursday. A vehicle rear-ended another at the intersection. The person who rear ended the other car allegedly had a seizure. That person was taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. There was minimal damage to the cars involved.
