MAYVILLE — A Cherry Creek man has turned himself in with regard to a sex crime that took place on July 4 in the village.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies began an investigation regarding the alleged incident on July 8. After concluding the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Scott E. Dellahoy, 35, for two counts of forcible touching, third-degree sexual misconduct and false imprisonment.

Dellahoy turned himself in on those charges Wednesday at Chautauqua County Jail. He was arraigned by Centralized Arraignment program and was released without bail.
