Jamestown man charged after domestic dispute

JAMESTOWN — A city man has been arrested in connection with a domestic dispute on Thursday afternoon.

Jamestown police report Jose A. Rosario, 44, was charged with fourth-degree mischief, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana after officers responded to a Fulton Street residence around 5:30 p.m.

Rosario allegedly had broken an item and restrained a victim and did not allow them to leave a residence. He was located a short distance from the scene and found to be in possession of marijuana and was taken into custody without incident and transported to the city jail.

He was being held pending arraignment.
