Stockton man charged in sex abuse, endangerment
STOCKTON — A town man is facing a sexual abuse charge, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies announced on Tuesday morning.
The Chautauqua County Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation July 11 into an incident that occurred in the town. Through investigation, Carl J. Silsby, 30, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Silsby will be in the town of Stockton Court at a later date and time.
