Route 60 traffic is being slowed by construction and a minor accident.

Construction was already delaying traffic on Route 60 near Cassadaga Valley Central School and Route 83 this morning before another accident forced the road to close for about 20 minutes.

Around 11:15 a.m., a dump truck took down lines and a utility pole near Route 83. This was where traffic was already being closed to one lane of traffic.

Currently, the road is open but traffic is moving slowly in that area.

Capt. Eric Balon of the New York State Police said no one was injured in the incident. He said charges are pending an investigation by the State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.
