A motor vehicle accident on Route 5 early Thursday has led to charges for a Dunkirk woman.
On Saturday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies reported responding to the crash on Route 5 in the town of Dunkirk. Deputies identified the driver of the involved vehicle to be Kimberly A. Ryczko, 29.
Following an investigation into the crash, Deputies charged Ryczko with driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs, speed not reasonable or prudent, and moving from lane unsafely.
Ryczko will answer her charges in Dunkirk Town Court.
