A 24-year-old Dunkirk man was arrested on a warrant last week on Temple Road.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report Irvin Reyes-Pacheco of 50 W. Second St., was was taken into custody by a Sheriff’s Deputy and Fredonia Police Officers without incident on in Fredonia. His arrest was the result of an investigation by detectives and investigators from the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and a pair of criminal sale of a controlled substance charges.

He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail where he was held until he could be arraigned in County Court. Mr. Reyes-Pacheco was arraigned a in County Court and released.
