Another Chautauqua County school will be shifting to remote starting on Monday.
On Saturday evening, the Cassadaga Valley Central School district was notified of three positive cases of COVID-19 from the faculty and staff who work at the middle and high school building. School officials have decided to shift to the remote-only format for grades six to 12 for the school week starting Monday.
“This move to remote instruction only applies to students who are in grades 6-12 who attend the middle/high school building,” the Facebook post said. Sinclairville Elementary students (those in prekindergarten - fifth grade) are not impacted by these three COVID-19 cases and will follow the regular red-blue hybrid schedule for attendance next week.”
