PERRYSBURG — A Cherry Creek woman is facing charges following a motor-vehicle accident on Friday night.

Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies report Brittany Danks, 27, of Railroad Avenue, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and moving from a lane unsafely around 7:30 that evening on West Perrysburg Road.

She is scheduled to be in town court at a later date.
