A one-vehicle accident involving a van took place just before 4 p.m. Wednesday on Brigham Road between University Village Drive and Lakeway Drive in Fredonia. According to scanner reports, the van went off the road and struck a utility pole. Fredonia Fire Department and police responded to the scene. Injuries were reported.
