At least two people were transported to the hospital following a crash this afternoon on Route 20, between Adams and Farel roads, in the town of Pomfret.

First responders were alerted to the crash around 3:15 p.m. Utility lines were reported to be down near the vehicle, which ended up off the road.

Route 20 was briefly closed to traffic
