Forestville man charged after Friday altercation
FORESTVILLE — Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department responded to an address in the town of Hanover around 3 p.m. Friday for a report of an altercation. After an investigation it was found that Daniel Baez, 24, of Forestville, engaged in a physical altercation with another person.
Baez was charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, and criminal obstruction of breath or blood circulation.
He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program, and will answer to his charges on a later date and time in the Town of Hanover Court.
