Dunkirk man charged in burglary, larceny
A Dunkirk resident has been charged after he was seen entering an establishment Tuesday through a back window.
Dunkirk Police report Thomas M Fafinski II, 38, was nabbed at 310 Lake Shore Drive West after officers were deployed around the location. Fafinski was detained by as he exited the building. After further investigation, Fafinski was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny after he entered an apartment without permission and stolen property believed to exceed $3,000.
He was arraigned in Dunkirk City court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
