Due to the winter storm warning, the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. luncheon scheduled for Monday at the Clarion Hotel in Dunkirk has been postponed. Organizers said the event will now take place on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 11:45 a.m.
