Silver Creek couple charged with endangerment of child
SILVER CREEK — A senior village couple has been charged after an altercation early Monday evening.
Deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an Angell Road address around 6:30 p.m. Monday for a past-tense altercation. Through an investigation it was determined that Richard Henry, 75, did endanger the welfare of a child, and cause an obstruction of breathing and blood circulation.
Anna Henry, 73, was also found to have endangered the welfare of a child. Both were charged. Richard Henry was additionally charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation.
Both were then taken to the Hanover substation and later transported to county jail for arraignment.
