The Fredonia Fire Department and Fredonia Police Department quickly cleared a two-car fender-bender Tuesday morning on busy Route 60, near the Wal-Mart entrance. Steady rain fell as they worked. The accident was reported to the OBSERVER at 11:21 a.m.; emergency workers fully reopened Route 60 at 11:38.
