Some came with their favorite Buffalo Bills garb while others came with something else to be signed.

Area Buffalo Bills fans traveled Tuesday to get an autograph from Ed Oliver.

Oliver, a defensive tackle who has been sidelined with an ankle injury, was at Dave Warren Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Dealership, 1001 Washington St.

Sitting behind a desk, Oliver welcomed many Jamestown Area Midget Football League players. The line extended from his desk through the entrance to the parking lot. Many fans waited for an opportunity to speak with Oliver and get something autographed.

Wallace Page of Falconer brought in a replica Bills jersey, and watched Oliver smile as he signed his name on the “1” of No. 91 on the jersey. Oliver’s jersey number is 91.

Oliver lent his signature to other memorabilia including pictures, cards, footballs, as well as replica helmets.

“It’s really exciting to get to meet one of the actual players live and in person,” said Liz Peterson, who also is a season tickets.

Her son Aaron Graham agreed.

“I think it awesome to see one of the Buffalo Bills players,” Graham said.
